Global and human-centred
A diverse team across four continents, built around accessibility, trust, and meaningful work.
Lancashire Solutions
At Lancashire Solutions, we believe technology should create more space for human contribution, not less.
That belief shapes not only the work we deliver for clients, but the kind of workplace we build for our team.
A diverse team across four continents, built around accessibility, trust, and meaningful work.
We sponsor your education and training up to Master’s level.
Lancashire Solutions is a globally distributed firm with roots dating back to 1987 and a modern delivery model shaped around flexibility, trust, and practical impact.
Our work spans robotics, intelligent automation, applied AI, and complex transformation across public institutions, global industry, and private enterprise. That means the opportunity to contribute to serious, high-impact work without being forced into rigid ways of working that ignore how people work best.
We operate through a hybrid, project-led delivery model shaped around client need and project location.
Client-facing and delivery roles involve regular overseas travel, working across the EMEA region where our clients need us on the ground.
Technical and more distributed roles have location flexibility, with many colleagues working primarily from home and often within their own time zone.
We do not expect people to relocate permanently in order to work with us, and permanent relocation is not a standard part of our model.
Our team includes people from more than 20 countries across four continents, bringing together diverse cultures, perspectives, and ways of thinking.
We care about building a workplace that is welcoming, accessible, and respectful of real human difference - including neurodivergence, culture, accessibility needs, family life, and different working styles.
Lancashire Solutions believes in investing in the growth of our people.
Subject to business need, we may sponsor formal education up to and including Master’s level qualifications. We support professional registrations and successful achievement of eligible ones can attract bonuses of up to £2,000 per qualification.
Where role-relevant, we are also happy to fund industry-specific training and examinations, including with our industry partners at Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Cobots, and Emerson.
We advertise roles as they become available across robotics, intelligent automation, AI, and project delivery.
If you see a role that fits your background and interests, we would be glad to hear from you at HR@lancsol.com.
This role owns growth. That means building pipeline, leading acquisition activity, strengthening strategic relationships, and converting trust into revenue.
This internship is geared toward client relationships, acquisition, and sales exposure. It suits someone who wants direct commercial learning, not someone expecting passive observation.
We also work with a wider circle of experienced technical experts whom we call upon across our projects when the right need arises.
If you are a senior, principal, or specialist consultant with expertise relevant to our work, you are welcome to express interest in joining our Technical Experts Circle. This is particularly relevant for experienced professionals in robotics, intelligent automation, AI, engineering, industrial systems, and complex delivery environments.
To register your interest, please send your CV or LinkedIn profile, together with a short note on your expertise and the kinds of projects you would like to support.
