Lancashire Solutions was founded in 1987 and has grown through decades of work across automation, operational improvement, engineering, and transformation.

From early industrial process improvement and automation work for clients such as Unilever, to major public and private sector transformation programmes, the business has evolved with one constant principle: make complex work better in practice.

Over the years, our delivery has spanned manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, public services, fintech, and complex international programmes, always focused on practical solutions that improve performance, reliability, and human outcomes.

Lancashire Solutions believes advanced technology should not only serve the largest organisations.

We are deeply committed to pro bono and community-focused work that helps smaller organisations and vulnerable communities benefit from the same quality of transformation thinking.

That includes end-to-end transformation support for small and community-focused businesses, as well as tools designed to accelerate the help that children and vulnerable adults deserve, including our completely free Assessments AI offer for eligible local bodies.

Lancashire Solutions is globally headquartered in Delaware and is currently establishing a new EMEA headquarters in Fulwood, bringing the business closer to its roots in the North of England.

Lancashire’s communities have fuelled business and industry for generations. We see this next chapter not only as a return, but as a responsibility, to give back, support local progress, and help Northern talent and enterprise accelerate on the global stage.
